Shipping Policy

Shipping

All watches are shipped via UPS, Fedex, DHL, or EMS, with shipping costs covered by us. Please note that delivery estimates are guidelines and may be subject to delay due to payment authorization, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 

Shipping Cost
We offer worldwide free shipping for order over US$250 to most countries. For order under US$250, flat rate of US$30.00 will be applied.

Remote Area Surcharge
If the delivery address is defined as a remote area, there will be a $50 additional fee applied by couriers for shipments, you could check with FedEx or DHL for the remote area, or feel free to contact us for assistance. 

To avoid this charge, we can arrange to ship by regular postal service, please contact us at info@omwwatches.com when you have specify requirement for your shipment. 

Customs duties & Import Charges 
The price do not included importing fee, duties or VAT, customs duties and taxes for international shipments are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer. 

Tax regulations vary across different countries and regions, for any inquiries or specific requirement related to duties/taxation, please contact us at info@omwwatches.com.

Important Notes:  
We do not ship to APO/FPO and PO BOX addresses and a valid physical address is required in order to process your order.  

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect address provided by the customer.
